100hp mercury carbs

i am rebuilding the carbs on my 1988 mercury 100hp inline 4... they are not delivering any fuel although there is fuel going to them... and i was wondering if anyone knows the stock adjuster screw settings or the sinking procedure thanks

If your 100hp motor's serial number is within the below ranges, then the spec for the idle mixture screws is "1 3/4 turns" out. You really need a shop manual to find out what all the link and sync steps are. An OEM shop manual is the best. There are many steps and a manual is essential to avoid messing up the settings and possibly blowing up the motor... in my opinion.​
