My 1979 Chrysler 55 hp engine will not run above 1500 rpm's. When the throttle is advanced engine rpm races but there is no output. When I throttle back to 1500 rpm's it runs ok. I also noticed some gear oil seaping just below the cowling. Any suggestions on whats going on?
