Thought I share. This is a copy of a parts manual for a late '70s Montgomery Wards Chrysler Seaking 10hp outboard. Model# VWB 52110A.

Hopefully the two links work. One pdf file contains the diagrams, the other contains the parts number listings for the diagrams. There is also some info on fuel mixture, torque's, settings etc.

I hope its helpful.

You're very welcome. I have the motor my brother bought brand new in the late 70's. Luckily my parents are pack rats and kept the manual too. Its helped me out a lot so I figured I should pass on the luck.

Re: 10hp Parts Manual

I am running a 77 10hp Chrysler on my 20ft pontoon. I get a few snickers but it still gets me down the lake around 7 mph and I can boat all day on about 3 gallons of gas. I keep toying with the idea to upgrade to a 50 or 60 but the fuel usage to speed gain just doesn't justify the switch. There are times I could have used a bigger motor when nature calls or the wind tells you where you are going but its all good. The 10 has been a great motor and I think I will run it until it quits, then I will do the swap. I have an 86 Merc Classic 50 with tilt/trim in the barn but still see no need for it yet.
