I have a couple questions about running these 2 stoke monsters

I run her at about 3/4 throttle 4500 RPM for fuel economy is that bad? I have heard that if you dont run at WOT you get alot of carbon build up resulting in stuck rings and KA-boom

What is the idea behind WOT or just getting on to plane and cruising?
I know that the 110hp can go to 5600 RPM but that drinks gas and it doesn't increase my speed by that much more

Am I just grannying my motor or being a cheapo with GAS?
IS this bad for my motor?

I would love to have this motor for a long time and would like to know what the proper running procedures are.

I am running a carbon 19 pitch prop. 4500 RPM 30 MPH on the GPS at 3400ft. Elevation
Same prop 5700 RPM about 39 MPH (then she drinks gas like a beast)

Alright all you pros and vets lets hear you two cents :)

Thank you all I love this forum

Yes they are GASOLIN GUSLING MONSTERS.
When you running an outboard at full revs you are using 1 galon an hour per 10HP. In your case that is 11 galons per hour. I would suggest tha you run it at 3/4 to save fuel and open it up for a short time occasionaly to keep the rings from guming up and eliminate carbon build up. It worked for me in the past. Others may have same opinion/may not.
Other option is a smaler engine. You are luckier than me your gas is much cheaper than here in Australia we pay $8 galon. Happy boating.

As long as you have it propped to be able to hit its target max RPM at WOT then you aren't lugging it and should be fine.
