115 Distributor

There is a guy on eBay that rebuilds the wiring harness for distributors. He also gives a 5 year guarantee. I added a picture of his eBay account.
I have a 1972 115 tower of power. It is giving me trouble with getting spark to the spark plugs. I put the fly wheel at tdc and heard the click to the distributor. Because I heard the click I assumed the coil and power pack was ok. Is this a good assumption to make?
I took off the distributor cap and sanded down the tip on the rotor. I also sanded down the metal spots in the cap itself hoping to get a spark through the wires and to the spark plugs. I cleaned off the spark plugs and put them back in (a little wet) and still no spark.
I also took off the tilt switch just to be sure that wasn’t the problem.
I put this in this in your thread because I think it has to do with the distributor or even the wires going to the spark plugs.
Can anyone help me?

Fixed your hijack. You went beyond helping in the other thread, so gave you a thread of your own.
