1976 Evinrude 115 V-4. I rebuilt carbs & replaced 1 coil pack. Throttle transition from idle to higher speed is not smooth, and sometimes when throttle is pushed wide open from idle the motor doesn't respond. Eventually it catches and runs fine. Next time coming from idle, it does the same thing. If a high speed jet was clogged, would it unclog itself, then re-clog itself each time?
