115 H.P. Johnson Seahorse V4 Year/Starter?

I have a 115hp Johnson Seahorse that I need to get a new starter for.

There are 2 numbers on the motor:
115899C
J0002622

I was told this is a 1978, but I want to verify this, and I also need to know which starter I need, and where to purchase it?
