5 questions. first, can you tell me what year my outboard is. serial #14998709C5. it's a merc 115. #2 i read another post about having power probs. that sounds just like mine. when i pump the nut, and increase gas flow, i pick up again. the fuel pump looks like it's just 2 screws and 4 cable ties to replace. is it that much of a no brainer? #3 the number 98766 is clearly stamped on it -- is that a part #? #4 on the transom on the mount, there is a resevoir with a threaded fill plug high on the left side and drain plug low on the right. i'm guessing this is to lube the trim motor. am i right and what type of fluid should i use? and finally #5. i found two pieces of magnet less than an inch thick each that were covered in shavings and just sticking to the block. they appear to have come from under my the fly wheel. is this a problem? sorry if i sound like an idiot. thanks for your time.<br />-tim
