115 mariner hesitates

I just purchased a 98 Procraft with a 98, 115 Mariner outboard. The motor has a slight hesitation at the inital throttle up then runs fine. I changed the fuel filter and ran most of the old fuel out, changed spark plugs. Still same problem any ideas?<br /> Any ideas here? Thanks in advance.

Check and adjust link and sync (if applicable),<br /><br />Adjust idle mixture,<br /><br />if those didn't work.......<br /><br />Remove carbs,<br />remove and clear all jets with probe and solvents, paying attention to off idle, or primary circuit(s).

I lucked out!<br /> I removed and drained fuel tank, ran a mix of double strength sea foam through her and she cleared up!
