115Hp Mercury In-line 4 cyl

Hi I have a Mercury 115Hp In-line 4 circa 1989<br />The serial number on the mounting bracket is 09575416.....<br />Can anyone tell me the exact year of manufacture as I need to order a service manual for it.<br /><br />It has a hesitation on lift (hole shot) that I can't seem to cure - can anyone help??<br />Thanks...<br />
