im thinking of cutting the transom down 3 inches.....seems theres lots of room to do it. it all stays within the in-hull reinforcement on the transom. my question is, do u think the strength of the hull-transom would be jeopardised in this sort of modification????

Hi poadtoad

I’m not sure about the transom thing – new to boating, but I just acquired a Skee Bee and wonder if you have any info about them (years of production, status of MFG etc.)

also - What is it you hope to accomplish by cutting down the transom??
