So I changed lower gear oil in my 120 Force outboard and took boat out 3 times after. Everything ran fine until the 3rd time I took it out. Ran good all day until loading it up on trailer it just died and couldn’t get it started again. Sat in my garage overnight no leaking until I put the motor down then this sludge came out a little hole on top part of the lower unit. Im assuming it’s water/oil mixture? I took drain plug out of lower unit and there was no water just straight good looking oil. Not sure where to start?

That sounds like the exhaust housing gasket might have gone bad?

Pull the plugs?
Do a compression test.
Post the results.

Plugs good compression is good. I was doing some research and was thinking it was the fuel not burning. I did a lot of trolling so would make sense. But, wouldn’t it be coming from the prop? This is coming out of the weep hole right next to bolt that mounts your lower unit up with. It spued out then has stopped. Lower unit oil os perfect no water or anything that would be alarming.
