I have a 1990 model year 120 HP force Outboard. I just had the power head rebuilt in April of this year. I have had the boat out a total of 3 times since the rebuild. After all 3 runs, I'm finding oil, in the carberator intake baffels, or the plastic covers that cover the front of the two carberators. It may be a mixture; oil and gas but mostly 2 stroke oil? How or why would the oil be separating in the carberators and why is it being discharged or leaking out of the carberators while the engine is running? Especially when air is being drawn in through the front of both carbs? Really strange. I would love to hear from anyone who has seen this or had simular problem.

Thats called blow by or blow back.Any two stroke carb will do this to some extent.Lots of this could mean the recirculation system isin't working. The reeds bent or broken.A float not set right.Remember gas evaporates and leaves just the oil.J
