120 Looper Spark Problem

HAVE GREAT 87 120 LOOPER RUN MANY HOURS OF GREAT SERVICE.NOW IT HAS LEFT ME STRANDED BECAUSE OF NO SPARK.WILL SUDDENLY RUN FOR 10 TO 15 MINS THEN NO SPARK.IS NOT IN SWITCH OR KILL SWITCH BYPASSED STILL MAY GET SPARK MAY NOT GET SPARK DRIVING ME NUTS ANY IDEA

Disconnect the kill wire (black with yellow stripe) at the powerpack and see if the problem continues.

You can also test the kill circuit wiring by disconnecting the large red harness plug at the engine and jumping the starter solenoid but you could still have a short between the engine plug and the powerpack.
