Ditto with PNW check both the red and black cables make sure they are clean and tight. Caution, jiggling alone is not enough, you have to disconnect and clean until they are shiny clean. if problem persists, jumper the starter straight to the battery's positive terminal, and if problem persists, overhaul the starter or replace. If after jumpering the starter turns over normally, overhaul or replace starter solenoid.
