hello all i just got a i believe to be a 1986 bayliner capri with a 125 force i had tilted the engine up to tow it back home and found it slowly goes down in about ten min looks as if one of the shocks looks a little wet hard to do ? price ? and my second question i wanted to check and change the gear oil but the lower screw is frozen and wont come out ? still yet havent not started the engine does it really need leaded fuel as per the sticker on the boat ? thank you
