125 Horse Force Motor pitch

I have a 125 Horse 1988 force motor and i am wanting to adjust the pitch down. Is there any way to find out what the pitch on the prop is and what would the best pitch be for getting it to plane out faster? I am using it to ski and wakeboard behind...

Numbers should be on the prop barrel or under the prop nut.
-- X -- diameter X pitch. We will need prop size,type/size of boat, present max rpm and speed,typical load.You shouldn't make any prop changes without these specs.Uninformed prop changing could lead to premature
engine failure and of course poor performance.
