my 2001 merc 125 saltwater primes up fine. Bulb goes hard. once under way the bulb will then empty and close in. the engine labours until the bulb is re hardened. I've replaced the primer bulb and fuel lines and all connections are tight. Anyone any idea as to what else can be wrong.
