125 stator

Confusion of stators for 1985 125hp, the correct part number is FA615095. When looking up the part it mentions that it replaces 5 differant part numbers, I have found stators for 85hp and up for half the price of the 125s. . So if the 125 stator replaces the ones on the 85s and 120's will the reverse work. NOS for 85's run under 100 dollars, where the new stock for 125's hit at 250.00 and up.

boats.net Enter your year and model#.The stator is all the same,I believe.
It will tell you what year and model crosses over.J

For '85 thru '88, the stators are interchangeable between the 85 and 125.

Thanks guys, just didnt understand differant part numbers and why stor for 85hp is 100 dollars and the one for 125's are 250.
