125hp Force 1989 -- What a dog???

Trophy 190 Alumacraft with a 125hp Force (89). It's a real dog out of the hole, seems like it takes for ever to wind up? Top speed of about 34mph and only about 4500rpm. Can only pull skier out of water is they weigh less than 150lbs. Any suggestions??? <br /><br />------------------

Hey, Tom. We need more data. What HP is your boat rated for? How long have you had it? How did it perform in the past? What pitch prop do you have on it?<br /><br />With only what you have told us it sounds like you are over-propped, but we have too little information on which to base a diagnosis.<br /><br />Standing by.<br />JB
