135 Mercury 2 stroke Bogs down with throttle

Just purchased a flats boat with a 2000 Merc 135 carbed. Cranks fine,idles, and does well at idle speeds but when I try to plane off it bogs down and if i dont ease off will die. New plugs. Previous owner used regular gas with mix and no fuel stabbilzer. Sometimes it will sputter and then finally plane off and run normal. Any suggestions would be great!! Maybe ethanol gumming carbs, fuel pump diaphragm, coils??? thanks!

not ethanol, but dirt in the carbs or incorrect idle mixture adjustment.

Sure, richen them 1/8 turn starting on the top carb. Test to see if motor accelerates better. Repeat with mid carb and then bottom carb, testing after each adjustment.
