Engine idles fine and runs fairly well up to 7kts (1800 rpm). A tiny push on throttle and it will slowly work its way up to 14kts (3000 rpm). There is no way to run at 10kts. Engine has lots of power at top end.<br /><br />Well respected shop says there is nothing wrong with engine while on dynamometer! They have checked electricals, and compression is 120 on all cylinders. We have looked at (but not disassembled) carbs, they look OK. Fuel pump recently rebuilt. Transparent fuel filter full when engine is running.
