135 volvo or 190 volvo Four Winns

I was thinking of buying a 4 winns boat. They have some great deals on 2007closeouts. However I see alot of 135HP Volvo boats on the closeout. Is 135 HP engine enough for a 18 foot runabout? The 190 HP Volvo adds about $3k to the bill. Is it really worth it?

if you just want to put around the 135 will do it. if you want to do any decent water sports, the 4.3l 190hp is minimum. worth it yes, as you will not be satisfied, and will be looking for another boat.
