What's wrong with this photo?

Prop is for a Mercruiser 120 I/L 4 1R sterndrive. Thrust washer is on the drive-shaft and I have the nut.

Seems fairly obvious that a couple things may be missing here. I realize I'll have to have the prop itself reconditioned, but can I order whatever it is that's missing?

rubber hub is missing. that prop looks pretty beat up, you might want to look into another one and keep that as a spare.

you can get a new aluminum prop for cheap, if it was stainless i would say go for re-conditioning.

That prop is trashed. I wouldn't bother with it.

If you visit the iboats prop section, you can order a spanking new Solas Rubex 19" for just $120.98(less than the Merc prop). It will come with ALL the hardware(the hub kit) needed for installation.

You're going to need to replace that junked prop anyway; you might as well get the best for less. :)
