15 hp twin compression

I have 75 lb.s in one cyl and 85 in the other. The motor has good spark, has 3-5 lbs of fuel pressure. I blew the carbs out, put new fuel lines and filter, and cleaned the tank. The motor starts, dies, and has wet plugs. Once in awhile it runs good, nothing predictable. Is the low compression the main reason it doesn't run right?
Thank you,
Pat

Check spark again as soon as it dies on you.
That compression is not the greatest and the difference between the cylinders is actually quite a lot going by the 10% rule. Bad compression can and will cause poor starting and general performance.
