Hi I got a 90 something 15hp mercury 2 stroke. The motor won't start, I have changes the plugs on it and when I put both plugs in the motor won't start but if I remove the upper on and leave the lower plug in and start the motor it would start up. What else do I need to look at and is there someone here have a link to a Manuel for this motor. Thank you for any help!!!
