150 Fourstroke rpm surge at idle (gear not engaged)

(2013 mercury fourstroke 150)
Has anyone experience the new mercury EFI idle surge (to around 1500-1800 rpm) when at idle? (Gear not engaged)
when gear engaged and running at idle (no wake zone) sometimes the rpm surge (couple of hundred rpm then goes back to normal)?
