OK, I'm going to explain my question the best I can. Maybe someone can help me with this? on the fuel pump ( fuel and oil pump) on the top there is something that looks like a valve stem with a red lever that you can release what seems to be pressure. I have noticed that my motor doesn't like to start at times but if I remove the cover and the carb cover and twist the red lever to release what seems to be pressure, then the motor will start right up. as long as it doesn't sit for any period of time, I wont have to do this. any other time it would start right up one first try but it just started to do this when it sat for about a week and a half. I'm curious to why this has started and what I would need to do in order to correct this minor problem? has anyone went through this problem. if needed, I could get you the number off the pump ( Im sure it should have one) and I could take a picture of it and you would see what I am looking at as well. Thanks, any help would be appreciated. its the VRO pump I am talking about.
