15hp gamefisher leaking gear oil from water intake

Well i took my boat and motor out for the first time since i bought it no leaks! But my motor seems to have problems. Running fine shuts of after about 15 mins. i have determined i need a new impeller i think that whats its called so it wont over heat.

this isnt my exact motor but i have 2 hole between a & b when i left the moter out of the water water drains out and so does some of the gear oil. My model number is 255.581506 PLEASE HELP.

do you have any mechanical knowledge? if yes, certainly you can take a look at some of the possibilities...seals gaskets etc.. otherwise, bring it to a professional.... i have a 1996 15hp gamefisher...thing runs like a top....reliable etc...but i have takent the extra measures to maintain it as much as i can..... don't take a chance with burning your motor up...bring it to a marine repair....you could post on craigslist in your area to find a mechanic that can take a look at it for a bit cheaper...those 15hp are not all that complicated to work on.... small engine repair shops may take on the job too....
