I recently became the owner of a new crestliner 1600 storm and really want to recess the trolling motor foot pedal but from what i have looked up online most require a 17 inch long hole. The problem is the is a 2 inch wide beam running the width of the boat 13 inches from the front and 15 inches in front of the seat post hole. Has anyone had any luck with recessed foot pedals on this particular boat?
