1648 mv

i am looking at a new boat. iam nearing retirement and spend 99 % of my time on the water bass fishing. my current boat is a 1444 g3 set up as a bass boat with a 9.8 hp. i am considering a 1648 mv weldbilt with a 20 hp tohatsu. ok, 16 or 20 in transom? what kind of options should i consider? i am looking at tm mount ,tiller steer with split rear bench, gun box livewell lites ,bilge seat bases,. i need something economical to run and relatively lite weight .safety is an issue. please feel free to chime in withopinions. i am torn between these decisions and need all kinds of advice.
