Trouble again. I've been messing with the timing to try to get my boat to run, and am running into a little problem. I have the manual and follow the steps, but I'm' missing a dial indicator to make sure the marks on the fly wheel are where they should be theres(' about 7 different punches and scratches from the previous owner). I'm' using a timing light, but need to find out if there's' someway to measure around the top of the flywheel from TDC for the advancement. My engine says 22 degrees, my book says ignore the 22 and change to 15. Any help as always is very much appreciated (trying to get ready for a family boating party this weekend).
