175 Blackmax & 150 Blackmax compatable parts??

Good morning all!

I currently have a '88? Mercury 175 HP EFI Black Max (S#0250967) and looking at buying a '89 150 HP "XR4 Magnum II" Black Max (S#0B303951) for parts, hopefully. My 175 may be an "XR4 Magnum" as well, not sure.

Any chance alot of the parts between the 2 are interchangable, including the lower units?
