I have a 85' 175 E.. When I put it into gear forward or reverse it makes a clunking sond not that smooth.. ALso if I just hammer it down to WOT it takes forever for motor to catch up to it's self.. I rebuit carbs lastyear and boat sat for 7 years with no use. HOw can I fix the shifting problem and what about the slowness of the motor cacthing up once it's cought up it runs great. Very lows hours and I havent changed anything other then plugs .. It has never had new wires or coils or anything other then filters any help would be great thanks in advance
