For the electric starter kit without the remote key ignition, what all wiring needs to be there? I know the + battery cable goes to the solenoid, a lead from the solenoid to starter motor, 2 leads from solenoid to start switch, and the - battery cable grounded where?

Remove one of the mounting bolts for one of the brackets and attach it there. Actually you can attach it anywhere as long as it is a good clean connection.
