19 foot cudy cabin only has 2 stringers???

this boat appears to only have 2 stringers.
the lower piece that the tank sets on appears to rest on the hul
the deck it self rest on the outside edges of hul with 2 srtringers outside of tank.
should I beef it up on rebuild or redue as it was?

I have a 17' cuddy and it only has two stringers. I am just putting back the same way. Others may weigh in here but I think you will be fine with two.

We don't know how old your boat is, but was there any sign of it not being strong enough to survive up until you pulled the floor out due to rot?

Did it have a LOT of Foam in the Hull. If so then the FOAM could have been Part of the Overall STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY of the boats hull. You should contact the MFG to see if this is true. If so, you will need to replace the foam to ensure the hulls integrity is NOT compromised. I could be wrong but worth investigating.
