i looked all over my 5.0 chevy motor for numbers so i can know info about my motor.... does anyone know where that is on a 5.0 chevy motor????

Ayuh,... The Casting Numbers, which will give ya a year range, is on the bell-housing flange, just aft of the port-side head....

Just forward of the starboard head on the corner of the block's deck will be manufacturing, 'n application numbers...
