1938 Neptune 1A39 1.2HP need parts

One of my tiller mounts broke on my engine and it is cast as part of the crank case. Anyone know where I can get a crank case.
More importantly, anyone know which crank cases are interchangeable? I would also like to find a supplier of gaskets, seals, points condenser, etc. basically everything I'll need for a rebuild. Since I'll be taking the crank case apart piston etc. minus well do a rebuild.

Ah! I can feel your pain, they're nice little outboards. I'd suggest the antique outboard collectors club or Ebay (which may take a while, but there does seem to be a supply of hard to come by parts from guys parting out outboards).
