Hello Everyone,
I would like to thank everyone for helping me with my 1941 Western Flyer. I tore it apart and cleaned it up. I could not find any photos, paint schemes or decals so I had to use my imagination with the colors. I have not been able to locate the lower cowlings but I kinda like it without them. I have found a replacement carb cover from Doug Penn. I plan on putting this motor to work on my fishing boat. I have attached some before and after photos. Enjoy and Thank You

Can't help but to appreciate all the love and care you put into that motor. Be proud of it. As for the lower covers, I kind of assume they were very similar to the ones used on the Goodyear Sea Bee version of the same motor. They were so blamed ugly that they were beautiful!!!! Wish I had one....

The lower covers are proving difficult to find. I still have a few things to do to the motor to finish it but I like the results.
