1953 Evinrude fastwin 15 hp propeller

I just broke the shear pin and a blade of the 3 blade prop. Looking for a cheap replacement. Does anyone know what size pin and prop I need? Model 15012 thanks

There is a new prop right here at iBoats for $69 Not cheap.
Take the pin and prop to the hardware store.Brass or stainless pin.
