What works as a point cam lube. I don't have point lube nowadays and most part stores don't carry it. Is there something that will work just as well as the old point lube? Thanks Bob

On the actual pivot post, a light dab of grease. On the felt wick, that rides on the cam, just a drop of a light oil, like 4 in 1, or sewing machine oil. Not too much, or it will soil the points contacts.

I found CarQuest has or can order Points lube. By Standard "SL-2 Lubricam" Small tube under $5. I have some coming tomorrow morning.
