Welcome aboard! Nice looking boat!

I don't know what she'd be worth all restored out. The reality is that with boats it's not like cars ... there are only a few types/brands that hit that kind of iconic status to make the work worthwhile.

The advantage for you is that it's made of wood. That'll add to the cool factor and get people interested and make it easier to sell ... but it'll still be tough for you to restore it and recover your expenses, let alone make money on it.

Thanks for the reply! The reality is we need to sell this as-is, and as soon as possible. I work for a non-profit and we received this as a donation, and we have no use for it. I'm wondering what just a ballpark asking price should be for this as-is? Or if we'd be better off selling the motors separate? Is the boat worth anything in its current condition? Thank you very much!

If both engines are running, then I would concider selling seperately. it's more leg work to sell in parts but my guess is you mighjt come out a bit ahead instead on selling whole. That 40 HP is worth a chunk if it's in good running order and kickers always hold their value, but maybe try selling the boat w/o the kicker as a package, list the kicker as optional. Maybe you will find some one that does want to restore an old woody. Craigslist it, you still have a month or two before the snow flies!
