Well certainly it does. Or am I reading the question wrong?

The manual said that some models don't have sealed cases, but it was unspecific on this one.No water in gear oil but not holding pressure either. It leaks from 6 lbs to zero in 20 seconds.I can hear the leak by the water pump somewhere.Guess I will find out when I separate it to do the impeller. The only seal in that area I could find on the parts diagram is the gear case to bearing housing gasket p/n 303339.Is that the upper seal to the gear box? Tha manual mentions a drive shaft seal but I cant find it on a parts diagram. If you have a suggestion I am all ears. Thanks

The cover says Evinrude service manual fourth edition. My dad found it some where. Most of it is specific to the fleetwin, but some of the details are contained in bullitins I don't have.Pressure testing is not even mentioned in the manual in the gear case section. The manual covers all of the 56 7.5 models. got an original owners manual too and a parts book.
