I came across a 15hp Johnson FD-10, it is in nice original cond. I can probably get it for $100. The owner stated that he was using chain saw oil in it rather than outboard oil and the motor was giving him starting trouble. My question is might this engine be toast. What internal damage may have been done, anyway to check outside of a teardown.
