Just for your info, the skeg is not supposed to be replaceable by itself. The reason is because the upper and lower parts are bolted together and then the inside is bored for the bearings and stuff. In theory, no two are alike. If you are all prayed up, you might get lucky though. But somebody else will then have an upper with no matching lower.
