I recently recieved a 3H.P. Johnson from a family friend. The motor dosen't look like it has ran in several years. I have tried to get it started but haven't had any luck. When you pull the cord it sounds like it wants to start I just havent had any luck. Can you give me any advice or let me know what I should do to fix it. Thank you in advance for any help.
