Where can I find a fuel pump from a later model 10 hp motor that can be mounted to my 1958 envinrude sportwin 10 hp model # 10016? Any and all ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have limited resources for tooling and am trying to find a way to convert to a single line fuel delivery without much hassle. Thanks in advance.

There are numerous ways to do this. Have you checked out the FAQ for the thread concerning this? It is by Tashasdaddy, check it out. In it he used a sierra pump from a 9.9/15. If you do not have the correct bypass cover with the bosses, you could either locate one, or message F_R on this forum, he makes an adaptor plate to mount the pump to. Makes it simple and easy. You can find the pumps anwhere, including this site. You will of course need to order/locate the new fuel connector.

Another option is to order a mikuni pump from ebay, about 20 bucks, and mount it wherever you like. Tap a fuel barb into one of the bypass covers, run a line from the barb to the pulse barb on the pump, run fuel line from the connector to the intake of the pump, then the outlet of the pump to the carb, replace the fuel connector to a single line one, and you are done.

A bypass cover and fuel pump from a 1960 or later 10hp will be an easy conversion.

They can be sometimes hard to locate. I dont really have any parts motors from the 60s. Saw one at a meet, the bypass cover was missing ;)
