1958 Johnson Seahorse 18 hp Carb Adjusting

Any ideas on what the factory high speed low speed needles need to be at? From seated to what? Trying to get it tuned in just right. I've herd 1 and a quarter turn and I've herd 3 and a quarter turn. Thanks!

1.5 turns from lightly seated on both will get you started and running. You will need to do the fine tuning after it's warmed up and running
