Trying to find the torque specs for the fly wheel as well as any tips for seating it. Also the armature plate moves loosely wondering where the cam follower is actually supposed to rest upon starting and stopping the engine?

40-45 ft.lbs. Make sure crank is squeaky clean before mounting flywheel. NO lubrication! Cam follower should rest at the narrow end of Cam or maybe not touch it at all when the throttle is closed down. Follower should align with the mark on the Cam when the carb butterfly just starts to open.
