1958 Lone Star Malibu

I have a chance to pick up this boat and am wondering if it might be a good one to restore. Comes with an evinrude 18, and trailer. Hasn't been on the water since 1980. THe floor is out but looks fairly complete. How deep am I getting myself in? I have the time as I am retired and have messed around with older Aluma Crafts somewhat.

Picture would help. Lone Star's are cool so it certainly sounds like a worthy candidate.

Yeah old tin boats are easier and cheaper than redoing wood and fiberglass.
